RETURNS AND REFUNDS.

All Transactions and purchases made on the site are final, But WORIOS offers return and exchange if you’re not satisfied with our products quality. Customer will pay the return shipping charges if you’re willing to do so please email us at [email protected] with your order number #.

(a) Damaged in shipment

Worios Fight Gear have a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, any product which proves to be defective will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Worios Fight Gear guarantees against breakage, joint failure, and corrosion under normal use of BJJ Gi’s and all other kimonos ONLY.

Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and use of the product beyond their limitations. It also excludes the improper usage of a product in a way that the particular product was designed and intended to be used. Moreover, products damaged in an abusive or accidental manner are also excluded by this warranty.

If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at [email protected] within 14 business days of receiving the shipment. Include a description of the damages and include pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.

(b) Important conditions for return

Please note that you can only return a product if it is defective. The product returned shall be inspected on its receipt. Please ensure that the following conditions are fulfilled before returning the product:

  • The product shall be in unused and original condition;
  • You shall inform about the return of the product to us within a period of 10-15 business days;
  • You shall not accept any open box deliveries;
  • The return package shall include everything that arrived with the package when you made the purchase, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies & accessories, invoices/warrantee cards and other documentation.

(c) Refunds

We will send you an email after your return has been received and examined to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also tell you if your refund has been approved. Your refund will be processed and a credit will be sent to your credit card or original mode of payment after subtract/deduct returning shipping charges within 5-7 business days.

SHIPPING

We make every effort to dispatch orders the same day, however orders received after 2 PM (PST) will be sent the following business day. On weekends and holidays, we do not ship.

Worios Fight Gear offers free delivery to a single address in USA. This free service will not apply if multiple items are purchased and sent to multiple addresses. Free shipping service may take up to 3-5 business days. We also offer very nominal price to the rest of Europe and other origins for low-cost postage and packing is calculated based on your overall order, this ensures you get our absolute best pricing on all our products.

The message service is delivered with tracking number. Currently, USPS is the courier service we utilize in the United States to deliver you the things you bought from our website. We reserve the right to utilize any Courier service we see suitable. However, if you want Priority or Express service, please call us at +15594813881.

We also provide several delivery options, such as contacting us if you need the items within 1-2 business days or 2-3 business days. Please keep in mind that our free shipping offers are entirely optional and do not entitle you to anything.

OUR SHIPPING AND DELIVERY SERVICE TO YOU MAY TAKE LONGER THAN EXPECTED DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE CIRUMSTANCES.

Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facilities, and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS

Customs fees are often levied by the shipping business or collected when the goods are picked up from customs offices or connected locations. These are not additional shipping costs.

Before bidding or purchasing, please verify with your country’s customs authority to learn what these additional expenses will be.

We will not undervalue products or label it on customs forms as a gift. That is a violation of both US and international law.

We also want to notify you that we perform all types of customized orders in all of the items mentioned above, and the delivery time for custom orders varies. Please confirm your customized order’s delivery time with us.

PLACE OF DELIVERY, DEADLINES AND LOSSES

Although a delay in delivery will not result in a penalty.

WORIOS shall not be accountable for delivery problems if the delivery address supplied by the User / Customer in the order form does not match reality or is missing. – If you offer an address that the courier deems insufficient, the cargo will be returned to our facilities. Once we have confirmed an amended address with you, you will be responsible for reshipment fees (if and as applicable).

Depending on the destination of the order various shipping methods can be used, each method and each destination have shipping times that are specified in the order confirmation process.

Deadlines may alter due to logistical issues or force majeure. WORIOS shall notify its User/Customer of any delivery delays as soon as it becomes aware of them.

Each delivery is regarded made when the firm makes the goods available to the User / Customer, which is manifested through the transport company’s management system.

Delays in delivery will not be considered if the order was made available to the User/Customer by the transport firm within the specified time frame but could not be delivered due to reasons attributable to the User/Customer.

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email informing you that it has been accepted and is being shipped.

DELIVERY DATA, DELIVERIES NOT MADE AND LOSS OF THE PRODUCT.

If the domestic orders have not been delivered within 7 working days following its departure, the Customer should contact us at [email protected]

If the cause for the failure to deliver is the loss of the order, the courier service agent will launch an inquiry. In these circumstances, response timelines range from one to three weeks, and any mistakes on our side will result in us redelivering the merchandise to you or issuing a refund.

If the Customer does not do so, the order will be returned after 10 working days from departure to delivery, and the Customer will be responsible for the cost of shipment and return to origin, as well as any related administrative fees.
